I wear them in my work boots at work ! and Jane sold me a pair of Lowa Ultra taupe 11 shoes with lots of rock and support that really fit good that I wear at home . This fall at work I have only had a few occasions with bad pain in the feet . I have had a few bad days this fall ( feet and overall energy level ) as the weather changes But nothing compared to previous years . ( Late summer and fall ). I have to do the foot exercises that you showed me as I have a lot of stiffness early in the day and have to work on the feet to get them to loosen up. I tried a pair of Mephisto Sandles that are very comfortable but my foot size falls into an area where one size fits the left foot and another the right. So I am still looking for a good pair of open heel soft bed good walking sandals for in the house to use as slippers. In general I am doing better so far this fall, much better foot wise. I don't dare miss a Celebrex or its big time suffering. I do not have any appointments with Dr. Thompson as we laid out a drug therapy to go to with my family Dr. if my condition spreads or gets worse and return to Dr. Thompson for follow up then.
