You ads for listings

All iam doing is actually giving your ad more expousure to help you sell in this slow market. If you ever change your mind I will gladly post your listings on my website for free! Iget over 500 hits a week. Hope we can do biss in the near future thanks. Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless handheld From: David Still
You have 2 of my office's listings advertised on craigslist and backpage.com, even though, on the MLS info sheet, we put that it is not ok to advertise. I am about to file a complaint with the Realtor Association if they are not removed ASAP!! On the MLS, if you look, we do not give permission to advertise. Before you go around advertising other realtors listings, take a minute to check on the info sheet if advertising the unit is allowed. If the ads are not removed by the end of the day today, I will file the complaint. I will also file a complaint against you with the state for placing blind ads. Nowhere in any of your ads do you put the name of your agency or your last name. Know the laws and the rules before you get yourself in trouble. Its people like you that give us legitimate realtors a bad name.
